The Heart and the Muse

A broken Heart knocked on her door..
She took it home, healed the wounds..
Let her own tears replace the oozing blood…
She gave it her warmth..
While the undaunted gusts of cold wind shredded her existence..
She bore all the Blues and Greys..
The sky witnessed with silent sighs,
While gave the Heart pieces of her Soul.
She nourished The Heart with  all her Love..
And cradled it to peace ,
With a silent Kiss…
The Heart was strong now..
To face the Truth..
To beat unimpeded, to laugh aloud.
To look up at the sun, to praise the moon.
To love the stars, to casually croon…
The Heart was free..
And it set out..
On a journey to where it came from…
While some petty gusts of mundane wind..
Carried the ashes of a burnt Her..

Into the oblivion.
