It’s strange how I don’t remember you at all.
Even though we wake up next to each other everyday.
I dread sometimes…
That someday over dinner
Or on a lazy Sunday afternoon
You will look up
And love me.
If you ever see through me
You’ll break apart…
Graffitis splattered all over my canvas,
Yet nowhere a resonance of your heartbeat.
Sometimes when I stare at the moon,
Sonnets feather through my sunken mind….
The ghosts in my deep rise
And fill me up to the brim….
And overflows the void you have overlooked.
I do not recognize your face in a crowd.
We are lost,
I cannot trace my way back to your arms.
I promise I will unravel the way to your heart.
Look at me.
